The handles are a faceted Japaneses WA both in the traditional and shield cut fashion.

This particular handle style allows you to index or grip the handle in the same fashion every time you use the knife. With practice, this allows you to increase your cut accuracy and speed.

We use modern materials including various high quality woods that have been stabilized in house as well as different color combinations of G-10 and Carbon fiber.
