Return and Refund Policy

Didn’t get exactly what you expected? No problem. To start a return, contact us at info@performanceedgeworks.com. Buying knives online can be difficult since you can’t physically hold the product before purchasing. If your new knife doesn’t meet your expectations you may return it for a full refund as long as the following 3 conditions are met:

RETURN CLAIMS MUST BE STARTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

IT MUST BE UNUSED Once you use it, it’s yours. If you find something that isn’t quite to your liking, after you have used it, we are more than willing to work with you to try and tailor the knife to fit your needs the best we can.

IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX AND PACKAGING We have worked very hard to come up with a packaging combination that ensures your knife is protected during shipping and is safe to be handled by package carriers. We ask you do the same when shipping a knife back to us for any reason.

What to expect once a claim has been started:

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive your knife your refund will be issued within 5 business days. We will keep in touch through the entire process through the email you started your claim with.
